GENERAL TERMS

  1. The undersigned confirms they have the authority to execute this agreement.
  2. The author agrees to indemnify IEEE against damages resulting from breach of the warranties stated in this form.
  3. Publication is subject to IEEE policies and procedures described in the IEEE PSPB Operations Manual.
  4. If the Work is not accepted for publication, the copyright transfer becomes null and void.
  5. For jointly authored works, all authors sign or one author signs as an authorized representative for the others.
  6. The author confirms the Work is original and that permissions for any third-party material have been obtained.

CONSENT AND RELEASE

If the author presents the Work at an IEEE-sponsored conference, the author grants IEEE the worldwide, irrevocable permission to:

  • record the presentation
  • distribute and archive it
  • reproduce related presentation materials
  • use the author's name, likeness, and voice in connection with IEEE publications or promotional materials.
